To support comprehensive restaurant management, we've developed optional add-ons that restaurateurs can access through our platform. The following Terms and Conditions govern the use of ImmeDine services.
ImmeDine
The subscribing restaurant, franchise, or business entity.
POS, billing, inventory, analytics, and related software modules provided by ImmeDine.
Mobile app, web app, APIs, and dashboards of ImmeDine.
By accessing or using ImmeDine, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.
ImmeDine provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) tools for restaurant operations. We do not sell goods or services to end customers and are not a party to transactions between restaurants and their customers.
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and ensuring only authorized personnel use the system.
• Provide accurate information
• Use the platform lawfully
• Do not attempt to disrupt system functionality
• Ensure accurate menu pricing and availability
• Comply with applicable laws (GST, FSSAI, etc.)
• Fulfill orders responsibly
• Services are subscription-based and non-refundable unless specified
• Payments may be processed via third-party gateways
• Non-payment may result in suspension
The platform provides automated billing calculations based on configured settings.
• The customer is solely responsible for verifying pricing, tax rates, and invoice accuracy
• ImmeDine is not liable for GST miscalculations, incorrect filings, or regulatory penalties
• Business data remains the property of the customer
• Data is processed only for service delivery and support
• Reasonable security practices are followed
The system maintains audit logs of user actions. These logs shall be considered authoritative records in case of disputes.
ImmeDine may integrate with third-party services (payments, messaging). We are not responsible for their failures or delays.
• Services are provided "as is" without warranties
• ImmeDine is not liable for indirect or consequential losses
• Maximum liability is limited to the last 3 months of subscription fees
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ImmeDine from any claims, damages, losses, or legal proceedings arising from misuse of the platform, incorrect billing, tax non-compliance, or violation of applicable laws.
While reasonable efforts are made to protect data, ImmeDine does not guarantee against data loss. Customers are advised to maintain independent backups of critical business data.
In offline mode, data is stored temporarily on the device only for the duration of the active session. This data will be cleared once the user closes or refreshes the application. Offline functionality is limited, and the system will not operate fully until an active internet connection is restored. ImmeDine shall not be responsible for any data loss, discrepancies, or interruptions caused due to lack of connectivity, device issues, or failure to reconnect and synchronize.
The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
ImmeDine shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control including natural disasters, internet outages, or government actions.
The Customer is responsible for all actions performed using their account credentials, including misuse by employees or unauthorized users.
ImmeDine reserves the right to modify features, pricing, or service offerings at any time with reasonable notice.
Nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create any partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between ImmeDine and the Customer.
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration under applicable Indian laws.
Access may be suspended or terminated in case of breach, non-payment, or unlawful use.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use implies acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Kolkata, West Bengal.
